2. I/We have a copy of the current Architectural Rules & Landscape Guidelines (AG) for the Warner Ranch 4 Homeowners
Association.
3. I/We have a copy of the Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (CC&R’s) for Warner Ranch 4 Homeowners Association.
4. The attached plan is an accurate readable drawing, no larger than 11” x 17”, showing the exact location of the proposed
improvement(s).
5. The attached plan is being submitted for approval of the Warner Ranch 4 Homeowners Associations Architectural Committee
prior to the commencement of any changes to the property, otherwise subject to removal and returned to original condition.
6. Any future additions or modifications to this plan, or any future plans will be submitted for the approval of the Warner Ranch 4
Homeowners Associations Architectural Committee prior to the commencement of any changes to the property.
7. I/We understand the Warner Ranch 4 Homeowners Associations Architectural Committee has 45 days, from the day of receipt,
to review and that no verbal approvals and/or disapproval will be given by the management company and that the Committee’s
decision will be mailed and/or emailed to me/us.
8. I/We understand that I/We must submit a copy of any City of Chandler required permit to the Association within 10 days for
issuance.
9. I/We understand the I/We am/are responsible for the quality of work and materials used by any contractors performing the work.
